State of bad housing

Emergency reception is overwhelmed by an ever rising demand to which it can’t bring an adequate response. Construction of social housing has increased, but the offer of social housing or hosting still faces major difficulties in responding to the social demand.

 

In a tight economical and social context, the situation is especially perilous for modest and unqualified persons who are the first to be hit by the rise in unemployment and the development of precariousness and poverty.
